The North Carolina State University, established in 1887 as a public institution, is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Programs are also offered via the new Centennial Campus. The university has 31,000 students enrolled in its bachelors, masters and PhD programs. The university comprises of 10 schools and colleges, namely, Agriculture and Life Sciences, Design, Education, Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Management, Natural Resources, Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Textiles, Veterinary Medicine as well as the First Year College and Graduate School.
